You’ve always been the dependable one, the one who holds it all together. But lately, even seemingly small tasks like responding to texts or picking up groceries feel like climbing uphill. At the end of the day, all you can manage to do is lay on your couch and doomscroll on TikTok, hoping for a moment of relief.
You know something needs to change, but the idea of figuring out how feels overwhelming. Maybe you're starting to realize that old wounds—family dynamics, cultural expectations, unspoken pain—might be showing up in your life now. You're not broken. You're tired, and you've been carrying so much for so long. There’s space here for all of that—without judgment, without pressure to have it all figured out.

You used to be certain—about your beliefs, your community, your sense of meaning and purpose. But now, things feel...off. You find yourself questioning what you once held as absolute, and that questioning feels both freeing and terrifying. While part of you knows this is an honest and necessary process, it still hurts. There’s a grief in realizing you no longer see the world the same way, and you miss the clarity that came with being sure of your beliefs.
Sunday mornings bring a mix of guilt, sadness, and anxiety. Church used to feel like home; now it feels like entering a place you no longer belong. You might still show up, going through the motions while feeling emotionally miles away. Or maybe you’ve stepped back completely, feeling pangs of guilt while staying home instead. You feel alone in your doubts, wondering if anyone else is asking the same questions. Maybe something happened that shook your faith, or maybe it’s been a gradual unraveling. Either way, this in-between space feels disorienting. You’re not lost—you’re in the process of uncovering what’s authentic to you.
You were taught to endure, but you also deserve to heal.
Here, just as you are is more than enough.
Hi! I’m Jorgie. I believe therapy should be a space where all parts of you are honored and welcomed with curiosity and compassion. That includes the parts you’ve had to hide, the ones you’re still trying to understand, and even the ones that feel too heavy to name. As a Taiwanese American therapist, I get how much it matters to sit with someone and not have to explain or defend the cultural nuances of your identity and experiences. My approach goes beyond surface-level coping—together we’ll explore the deeper layers of your inner world and create meaningful, lasting change.
